Evil Is As Evil Does

If Satan wore a red suit and carried a pitchfork he would be easy to recognize...but he doesn't.  In fact, the Bible says Satan is transformed into an angel of light and his ministers as ministers of righteousness. (2 Corinthians 11:14)

Now that's scary.

Am I saying your Pastor, Priest or Rabbi is a demon?  No...I'm saying (not I, but the Lord) that he (or she) could be a demon...considering the myths, lies and misconceptions coming from the pulpit, it's an astute possibility.

Can you think of a better way to deceive, than from the pulpit?   Warning: Be careful whom you choose to follow.

Satan has one job...to draw you away from God and his ways.  Anything that draws you away from God and his ways is not just a different "philosophy"...it's evil.

I have often wondered, do evil people know they're evil?

Do politicians trying to make this a gender-less, God-less society; removing prayer from our schools and condoning abortion, know they're evil or that they're doing the "devil's" work?  The people who vote for those politicians, are they evil or just influenced by evil?  Do they know?  Or, are they just blind?

Either way, the result is the same...less God means less good.  And, that's just the way Satan wants it.

Is that what you want?  To love God is to hate evil.  Think about that the next time you're at the polls...are you voting for more God or less God?

The Bible says,"Woe unto them that call evil good and good evil. (Isaiah 5:20)  The chapter goes on to say, the anger of the Lord is kindled against those people.  If there's one thing you don't want in your life...it's an angry God.

Of course, until you know, without a doubt, God is real...nothing else matters.

Revelation 21:1 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth
By Ray Evans 09 May, 2020
Believing in the "Rapture" relieves you of the responsibility to do anything except believe in Jesus...who will magically whisk you away to heaven. It's a lie, designed to keep you from preparing or being prepared for what's coming.
Job 32:9 Great men are not always wise: neither do the aged understand judgment.

A lot of well-known and well-respected preachers talk about how long they have been preaching, as if the longer one preaches the more qualified one is to preach.
Job 28:28 And unto man he said, Behold, the fear of the Lord, that is wisdom

This may seem a strange question, but it never ceases to amaze me how few people allow God to play an active role in their daily lives. Why anyone would not want the creator of the universe to help them every second, every minute and every hour of every day, is simply beyond me.
Psalms 15:1 Lord, who shall abide in thy tabernacle? who shall dwell in thy holy hill?
By Ray Evans 06 May, 2020
The question in Psalms 15, "Lord, who shall abide in thy tabernacle?" probably has as many answers as there are preachers, but they all stem from a common belief: "Everyone who believes in Jesus goes to heaven." Sounds great, but is it true?
