What Is Truth?

There was a time when many people believed the Earth was flat, and others were convinced the Sun revolved around the Earth. A lot of people even believed they could be forgiven of sin by paying a priest.

We now know: none of this is true.

So it is with a lot of the teaching in churches, on radio and television, seen on the Internet, or printed in books. The same religious doctrines have been preached for hundreds of years; but what if they’re wrong?

What if they have misinterpreted Scripture... knowingly or unknowingly? Remember... just because everyone believes something is true... doesn’t make it true.

Many preachers only teach what they learned in seminary... so again I ask, what if they’re wrong?

In my book, “Shaking The Pillars Of Christianity,” I explore thirty biblical questions people ask about God, Jesus, and Christianity... without the religious rhetoric.

Doctrines preached by well-known, well-respected preachers are sometimes myths, lies, misinterpretations, or even manipulations of Scripture to fit a narrative.

I apologize for the shameless plug, but there’s no way to condense the contents of the book into a few paragraphs.

If you’re interested in knowing the answers to some very difficult questions, the book is available on Amazon, or you can read a new chapter each week on Substack.

But if you get nothing else from this site, I urge you to stop listening to the words of man; and start listening to the Word of God.

However, if you haven’t been reborn spiritually, you won’t understand the deeper spiritual meaning hidden in Scripture... because the things of God are spiritually discerned.

So, I urge you to get down on your knees, repent of your sins, and pray as I prayed over thirty years ago, “God, if you’re real, I want to know.”

That’s it... no special prayers or altar calls, just a simple request.

Because until you’re reborn spiritually... nothing else really matters.
